Wendy
is a passionate speaker who is committed
to engaging the local church to reach out to and minister effectively
with those addressing questions of faith and sexual identity.
Wendy has served as
the Executive Director of New Direction for five years. Wendy's
pastoral responses to same-gender realities have been published in
Faith Today, Christian Week, Charisma and she has been interviewed by
the CBC, Christian radio, 100 Huntley St. and ListenUp TV.

Brian Pengelly, M. Div. - Referral Youth Speaker
After
serving on staff for a number of years, Brian is transitioning to
resume a focus on pastoral ministry. He will, however, continue to be
available for speaking engagements with youth and youth leaders.
Brian has extensive
experience ministering to teens who experience same-gender
attraction. Brian's personal testimony, clear grasp of the issues, and
humourous and creative speaking style make him ideal for speaking to
youth groups large or small. |
