Meet Our Staff Wendy Gritter, M. Div. - Executive Director  Wendy is an internationally recognized contributor in the conversations around faith and sexuality.  An avid student of the church, Wendy is committed to equipping the local congregation to engage effectively with those outside the heterosexual mainstream.  Active in social media, check Wendy out on Twitter, Facebook and blog  and join in the conversation! Div. - Referral Youth Speaker After serving on staff for a number of years, Brian is transitioning to resume a focus on pastoral ministry.  He will, however, continue to be available for speaking engagements with youth and youth leaders. Brian has extensive experience ministering to teens who experience same-gender attraction. Brian's personal testimony, clear grasp of the issues, and humourous and creative speaking style make him ideal for speaking to youth groups large or small. Div. - Referral counselor John is now offering counseling services through his private practice. He is a primary referral counselor for New Direction but is no longer officially on staff. John operates his private counseling practice out of Barrie, Ontario.  More about the transition (PDF) John pastored for many years.
